Catch misunderstanding, material mismatch and workmanship issues before the full order is completed.
During Production Inspection China
During production inspection before defects spread across the order.
QIS checks production progress, workmanship, materials, packaging and early defect trends while goods are still being made, helping overseas sellers correct problems before final shipment.
What we check
Early quality control while production is still adjustable.
During Production Inspection, also called DUPRO or DPI, is useful when the supplier has completed part of the order but there is still enough time to correct defects, adjust packaging, improve workmanship or confirm schedule risk.
Actual finished quantity, work-in-progress quantity, packed quantity, production schedule and visible delay risk.
Appearance, assembly, function, size, color, accessories and early defect patterns based on the agreed checklist.
Material consistency, key parts, labels, packaging components and obvious mismatch against approved sample or client requirements.
Check whether supplier corrections are applied on the production line before the same problem affects more units.

FAQ
During Production Inspection questions.
Is DPI the same as Pre-Shipment Inspection?
No. DPI happens during production, before all goods are finished. PSI happens when goods are finished and mostly packed.
Can DPI include Amazon FBA requirements?
Yes. If the order will ship to Amazon FBA, QIS can also check early FNSKU labels, carton labels, barcode readability, packaging and polybag warnings.
What if defects are found during production?
The supplier still has time to correct the process, rework affected goods, improve packaging and prevent the same issue from spreading to the remaining quantity.
