Many Amazon FBA and ecommerce sellers only discover carton shortages, mixed cartons or damaged cartons after goods arrive overseas. Loading supervision gives you shipment evidence while the goods are still at the supplier site.

Is loading supervision the same as product inspection?
No. Product inspection checks product quality and defects. Loading supervision focuses on carton count, loading condition, container condition, seal number and shipment evidence.
Can QIS check Amazon FBA carton labels during loading?
Yes. If you provide the carton label requirements, QIS can include visible carton label and shipment mark checks during loading supervision.
Can QIS stop shipment if there is a problem?
QIS reports findings immediately, but the final decision is made by the buyer. You can use the report to ask the supplier or forwarder to correct issues before departure.
Do I still need PSI if I book loading supervision?
If product quality risk is important, book PSI before loading. Loading supervision does not replace AQL sampling, workmanship checks or function tests.
